Abstract:
Over a 24-month period, the Hartford Jewish federation's annual campaign revenues decreased by 30%. Through a coordinated community effort, federation and community leadership developed and implemented an aggressive proactive strategy that not only enabled the community to weather the economic downturn but to emerge stronger, more vibrant, and more unified.
