Abstract:
In light of the staff shortage affecting the Jewish communal field, the author discusses the recruitment methods currently being used to attempt to assuage the problem. Among the methods discussed are selective recruitment among college students, developing programs with adolescents, providing opportunities for college students to test the field, scholarships and work-study plans.
