Abstract:

Needs assessment research has many applications beyond priorities ranking and impacting on resource allocation patterns. The regional focus of these survey findings provides Jewish Federation Council (JFC) and its agencies a valuable instrument to engage in a continuing examination of the relevance of existing service activities to changing human and communal service needs and priorities.
