Abstract:

The author argues that those working in Jewish education, regardless of setting, must collaborate and pool their knowledge base and resources to ensure a comprehensive educational program that encompasses the lifespan of congregants. While focusing on early childhood Jewish education, this article emphasizes the need for a flawless transition from year to year and consistent messages throughout the educational journey of the individual.
